Coffee is a seasonal product, being harvested all over the world at different times. Due to the seasonal nature of this amazing plant, our coffee offerings change with the season. Our core blends have been developed to maintain a consistent flavor profile, so you can count on your espresso to taste the same every time, no matter the time of year. Our three year round blends are:

Cold Brew
Ethiopia, Brazil
A blend of coffees designed for the perfect cup of cold brew to start your morning. The slow brewing method of cold brew allows the Bright Strawberry to take center stage, with notes of fresh White Peach, and Soothing Jasmine Tea

Espresso Blend
A delightful blend of Latin American coffees come together to create a balanced and bold chocolatey espresso, with notes of deep dark chocolate, toasted almonds and a bright citrus finish. Perfect for your morning latte or americano.

Dark Roast
A big and bold coffee coming from the mountains of Chiapas, Mexico. This cup has deep flavor notes of caramel, dark chocolate and lots of roasty notes, rounded out with a pleasant hint of smoke at the finish.
Summer Seasonal offerings
To reflect the seasonality of Coffee, we change these offerings regularly to roast what is currently in season. Our two rotating blends are First Light and Northeast by Southwest. While the origins change with the season, we strive to keep similar flavor profiles through these two blends.

Light Roast
Showcasing the Women in Coffee from Guatemala, this coffee is exclusively grown and processed by female farmers in Guatemala.
With notes of Sweet Toffee, Tangy Acidity and Rich Amaretto. A bright and vibrant start to your day.

Medium Roast
The first Coffee we roasted was from Chiapas, Mexico, the most Southwestern province in Mexico and was roasted in Maine the most Northeast State in the US. This is how this coffee got its name.
Limited Edition offering
Every season we try and create a blend that truly reflects the time of year. We currently offer three different seasonal blends throughout the year. So if you really love one of these, don’t worry they will come back around! Currently we are roasting our a new blend called Fool’s Spring, perfect for this time of year when it’s spring one day, blizzard the next.
Also in the Limited Edition section is our Online Exclusive collection. These are coffees that we might be using as part of another special blend, or a coffee we were able to only get a small amount of, so we wanted to share it with our customers online!

Burundi in New England Distilling Gunpowder Rye
Notes of Whisky Cream, Toasted Coconut and Oak.
In homage to MDI’s rich history of being a bootlegging port during the Prohibition, these coffees are aged for over a month in locally sourced barrels.

Decaf Offerings
We Offer two decaf offerings a season, our Sunset is a deep decaf full of flavor without the caffeine, and our Clear Skies blend is a decaf espresso.
