Payment, Shipping, and Refunds.
Payment
Acadia Coffee Company accepts debit, and credit cards payments and as well as Paypal Direct Checkout for your convenience ( for use with your own paypal account or pay with a debit or credit card through their secure checkout by logging into your account). All payments must be submitted in full before your order is created. A confirmation email will be sent after placing an order. A second email will be sent once your item is shipped. If you do not receive an email after 3 to 4 business days, please contact us. If paying with echeck through PayPal, please note that your check takes about 4 business days to clear. Your item(s) will be created once the check has cleared.

With your NEW Acedia Coffee Company account you can view recent orders, keep track of past orders, and save personal information for a faster more streamlined checkout the next time you place an order. Be sure to login to your account before adding an item to the checkout to have the order tracked in your account information.
Will orders made while signed out appear in a customer’s account?
If the customer enters the same email address at checkout, this order will appear in their Customer profile in the Customers profile control panel, only visible by Acadia Coffee Company webmaster. However, when a customer views their own account, orders placed while signed out won’t be included. Be sure to login to your account before adding items to the checkout to have it show up in your account profile.
Will orders made before the customer created an account appear account?
All orders placed with the same email address will appear in their Customer profile in the Customers control panel visible by Acadia Coffee Company webmaster. However, when a customer views their own account, orders placed before creating their account won’t be included.
Customers are unable to change their account email address.
It isn't possible to change the email address associated with your account at this time. You can create a new account using your updated email address.
Customers who forgot their passwords.
We are unable to change your password for you, but after clicking the Sign In link, you can click "Forgot password?" to get a password reset email. The password reset link expires after 24 hours.
*Information on Orders paid through PayPal secure checkout are not recorded in Customer Account profiles at this time. All account information is tracked with email address by the webmaster. Please contact us with any questions on customer accounts or with any order placed through website.
SHIPPING
We take great care to ship your coffee in a timely manner to ensure you are getting the freshest roast possible. ( For international orders - outside the U.S.A. please contact us) Please be sure to provide correct shipping information. Orders are shipped within 3 business days (custom orders may take longer). We ship priority through the USPS, so most items reach their destination with in 2 days after shipping. Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. If your order does not arrive with in 7 business days after shipping please contact us.
CANCELING ORDERS AND REFUNDS
In the event you need to cancel the purchase of an item after check out, please communicate intentions promptly. We will be happy to issue any refunds before the order ships (usually with in 2 to 3 business days). Returns and exchanges are not services our online store provides. If you received your order and there is a problem, or a mistake has been made, we'll fix it. Don't panic. Please contact us, our main goal is to make our customers happy. If an item was ordered incorrectly or a promotional code did not work, or was used incorrectly we will contact you to fix any issues. This includes all orders, subscriptions, services, and promotions.
